Age structure and diversity by language

The largest age groups at Nordic Lights are 26-35 year-olds and 36-45 year-olds. The average age among the employees is 35 years. The evolution of the age distribution occurs naturally. It is highly probable that in the near future, the age profile will slightly shift towards an older demographic, with an increase in the proportion of employees over 50.

Age is not a significant factor in our employee selection process; instead, competence and capability for the task at hand are the decisive factors.

Diversity by language
At Nordic Lights more than 18 languages as a native language are spoken among our employees.

Objective
Nordic Lights values diversity and ensures that hiring decisions are based on skills and qualifications, irrespective of age.
