Employee Equality

 

At Nordic Lights, our fundamental principle is to ensure equal pay for equal work, regardless of gender, nationality, or any other distinguishing factor. We do not differentiate between individuals based on gender, nationality, religion, etc. in our operations. Upholding equality among our employees fosters a positive international community within the company.

According to data submitted by our employees, 58% identify as men, 42% as women. More than 18 languages as a native language are spoken, and we employ individuals from age groups between 17 and 65.

Objective
We are committed to continuously monitoring the situation and consistently striving for improvement. Nordic Lights recognizes the importance of promoting fairness and inclusivity, reinforcing our dedication to social responsibility, and creating an environment where everyone is treated equally and with respect.
